Nomi was one of the original handpainted fabric lines to arrive on the scene in the early 1980s as the American market embraced collections of handcrafted, limited production fabrics for the home. Now in its third decade, Nomi offers over 100 patterns available on velvets, linens, cottons, silks, and an innovative linen/silk blend. The originality of the designs comes from the appreciation of classical motifs from such diverse cultures as ancient China and the European Renaissance combined with Nomi’s own unique contemporary flair for color, texture, and feel.
